Description

. is an environmentalist frmo the United States who shared her testimony at Lincoln Memorial, srourounded by internaitonal marchers, local students, professors, and other March supporters she had never met before:

The March and Me. I just learned of [The World March] a few days ago through a facebook link somewhere. I have long felt our world would be better if everyone "simply" agreed to be at peace. I saw a bumper sticker years ago that said "It will be a great day when our schools have all the money they need, and the Air Force has to hold a bake sale to buy a bomber." That was my first real awareness that others felt the same way.
The March and the World. I hope [the World March] will greatly increase the awareness of the futility of trying to solve differences through armed conflicts.
Others Topics. As someone who is chemically sensitive, I find an interesting parallel in increasing awareness in the group I am in and the World March.
